Our mission at REAP Wellness is to make filling your plate with plants both convenient and crave-worthy for our clients. We are passionate about this for a number of reasons: plants are crucial to a healthy gut, and more and more research is showing just how important our gut health is to our overall health, playing a role in everything from digestion to mental health to skin health. Another reason we’re, in a word, obsessed is because most Americans don’t eat enough plants. In fact, some research shows that only 1 in 10 Americans eats the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables each day.
Each of our meals is designed by Adjua Fisher, a certified holistic health coach, and Zach Rice, a chef with over a decade of industry experience. The end result is nutrient-dense dishes, loaded with antioxidant and fiber-rich plants, that boast restaurant-quality flavor. All of our food is free of meat, dairy, gluten and refined sugars. That said, they also make for a solid base to add your favorite non-plant-based proteins to, like grilled wild salmon.
