We love making this at home, and decided it was time to bring it to the GROCERY menu: Roasted tofu is given the al pastor treatment—think: smoky chipotle peppers, red onion, sweet pineapple—to create the perfect taco filling or grain bowl topper. Serve it over some Get-Your-Greens Rice with avocado and Good Good Sauce, and dinner is done!
